The founders have over 60 years between them of investing in Australian small caps, and in total the investment team has nearly 100 years of investment experience. It is this experience coupled with a disciplined investment process that has allowed Renaissance to achieve its objectives over the long term.

The valuation-based investment style that Renaissance employs recognises that there may be opportunities to invest in that on traditional valuation methodologies appear expensive.  This valuation-based approach adopts a multiple of valuation methodologies to best determine the value of the underlying income streams and cash flows of the company and to compare this valuation with the current share price.
