The Renaissance Emerging Companies Fund is a long only fund investing in Australian micro-cap equities with a market cap less than $500 million at the time of investment. The Renaissance Portfolio Managers aim to provide consistent long-term returns in excess of the benchmark, the S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Accumulation Index.

We employ a strict valuation based approach using various valuation tools to determine a per share valuation of a company. We do not employ one single valuation tool such as a PE to value a company, as we believe each company is different, each sector industry is different and you need a range of tools to fully evaluate and analyse a company’s potential.
